Where does my inspiration come from?
I get a lot of my inspiration from everyday experiences with my family and friends. I am so blessed to be surrounded by such an incredible group of people. I love them all so much. I also get inspiration from my faith- those random thoughts that the Lord puts in my head from time to time that seem significant.
Why do I do what I do?
As a teenage girl, I often struggle with the pressures of media, body image, peer pressure, and negative self-talk. I started the blog to combat these pressures, and to re-learn the beauty of everyday experiences. I post to remind myself that there are great, inspiring things in the world- and also to remind others that despite so much negativity, the world is still an incredible place full of love... All you have to do is go find it.
Where Am I Going?
If I could dream of a perfect future... I would end up in a big city as a magazine editor- eventually making my way to the suburbs with a loving family and kids of my own. But although I would love to say that I know exactly where I want to head in life, realistically, I know that is not possible. I am excited for the surprises that lie ahead. I know that God has great plans in store for me, and I can't wait to find out what's in store.
